Ordinary Anodizing

Anodizing is an electrolytic oxidation process that converts the surface of a material into an oxide film that is protective, decorative, corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant, and some other functional properties. The effect of anodizing is related to the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy materials. The corrosion resistance of 1 series pure aluminum is the best, and the 5 series is good, followed by 3 series and 6 series, 2 series and 7 series, which can be judged, 1 series The anodizing effect of the 5 series, 3 series, and 6 series is better than that of the 2 series and 7 series. Hard Anodized

When your product requires material hardness and surface hardness, you can choose AL7075 hard aluminum, the surface is hard anodized, the hard anodized film is generally 25~150um, the hardness is about HV300~HV350 or above, aluminum The hardness of the alloy product after hard oxidation is not changed. The hardening is only the oxide film on the outer surface of the aluminum, which plays the role of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and weather corrosion resistance.

Thick film anodizing will thicken the film layer attached to the surface of the product. Thick film anodizing generally requires a thickness of 50~250um.
